Draw the Line is Aerosmiths 5th studio album and was released in June 1977, just one year after their 'prime record', Rocks. Considering it to be the follow up the their best rated album, you would have thought it to be again highly rated? Wrong! This album was absolutely slated...

This is more of a mini review.
There is so much music in this set that you are quite spoiled for choice. Nearly all of it is excellent and theer is no obvious filler, although not all tracks are to the highest standard.
You have the wonderful bluegrass playing of the Union...

How the hell can you go wrong with Aretha Franklin. She's produced some of the best, some of the most foot stomping, the most head shaking incredible music of all time. Music to make you think, dance and sing. Music to make you shout and music to make you cry....

Diarmaid is, according to the press release, a three turntable wizard with a flair for Intelligent Dance Music. Or that could just be a play on his name. This 12" has three versions of Just Go on it. Its difficult to work out the speed of the record so I'm playing...

I have to say at the outset, I am a huge fan of 4MWB. I don't know much about the label. They're about three years old and have rereleased a large selection of classic records. A lot of soul and jazz, Aretha Franklin, Otis Redding stretching into Tim Buckley and...

In 2004, the hothouse flowers released 'Into your heart'. It followed 6 years after the Born album which was itself a comeback album. Born was also a try out of a rockier more mainstream sound. While Born was an enjoyable listen it lacked the intensity and passion which the Flowers...

The voice of an angel, a love for the classics, and an abilty to rock out and chill your soul. Jeff Buckley only completed one album and yet leaves a legacy and reputation that most artists would kill for. Or die for.
Grace is that album.

The biggest dance track of 2004 was Drop the pressure, an electronic monster from some bloke who callsed Mylo. Any nightclub, trendy or not, dropped this track st some point(or more than once) and as the momentum builds in the track the club would go ballistic.
It is magnificent and there's...
