$5 PER REVIEW!!

Hello there. Thanks for visiting us. What you see here is a website devoted to the great sound of vinyl records. We'll slowly be adding content and want our readers/users to do the same. If you can help that would be great. Reviews of records, news, suggestions or just posting in our forums would all be greatly appreciated. The site hasn't quite settled down yet but we're getting there.

We're currently testing a pay scheme for records. Details below.

1. Review a record from your own collection.
2. minimum of 400 words
3. Review to include, discussion of music, discussion of sound quality, details about vinyl pressing etc. Also appropriate ratings must be filled out.
4. Quality must be acceptable. This is subjective. What I can promise is that any review accepted and published will be paid for. When you submit an article using the web interface the article is not automatically published but has to be cleared by me.
5. Picture of album cover also to be included.
6. Ideally user should have paypal account so i can transfer money easily.
7. I may stop such an offer at some point. I will mass mail if doing so.
8. Review becomes property of vinylfanatics.com to be used however we may see fit. Don't worry. Nothing nefarious.
9. Reviews must not be plagiarized/copied from elsewhere.
10. Relevant articles or hardware reviews are also welcome.
11. Fee is $5 per suitable article. Paypal or possibly voucher for online shop. This would need to be discussed in advance.

At some stage if we get sent records for review it may be an option to send them to you for review. Not happening yet though. As mentioned above this is dependent on how much money I can spare. Vinylfanatics.com currently receive no income. It has cost me time and money. We will look into ads(google or otherwise) but for now there is no income being generated from this site.
